Pop tops are taking an original one story house, and making it two stories. This work is mainly done on older homes. Executive Structural does its best to minimize damage to the original house during this process. To help accomplish this we can either hand build or install wood trusses to the new roof line.

To help facilitate the expansion of your home, we are familiar with most codes and requirements for installation of pop tops.

For pop tops we build the frame and enclose the new level of your home. By leaving the finish work we save you the contractor mark-up that comes with hiring subcontractors. By hiring your own finishers, such as the plumber and electrician, you can save around 20% of the finishing cost.
