Executive Structural Services Inc. is more than willing to let you be your own General Contractor. Let us do the entire shell and you manage the finish. We will handle the excavation, foundation, framing, demo, tie-in, roofing, window installation and exterior finish. You do the rest. Why pay a 20%-40% mark up from finish subcontractor when you could either do the work yourself or make your own phone call. As you are aware, structural repairs are never planned. In most cases the repair cannot be postponed. Executive Structural Services Inc. is always willing to help our customers in everyway possible. If the repair can be phased into different time periods, without causing additional damage, we'll do it. Just let us know, and we'll do what we can.
